The Österreichische Gesellschaft für Osteopathie (OEGO) is the professional lobby of the Austrian osteopaths. OEGO is a registered non-profit organisation (ZVR: 624670982).

The OEGO is a member of the  European Federation of Osteopaths (EFO) and the Forum for Osteopathic Regulation in Europe (FORE).

OEGO consists of the following bodies: the general assembly, the board of directors, its accountant and the board of arbitrators. The association is led by the board of directors which consists of a minimum of four members, i.e. the chairman, the vice-chairman, a cashier and a secretary. The board’s term of office is three years. The board of directors and the two controllers are elected by the general assembly, which takes place yearly within the first three months of the calendar year.
